Chaos of the time now everywhere need to be resolve immediately with better environment in living everywhere in the entire world. Because the society in the world looking habitually experiencing very bad in the circumstances and they seem stay blaming others instead looking towards themselves what they had to be doing for all the improvement. With the same circumstances agony of the people in the time running is also along with the various difficulties that happen due to the government representing from the group of the people grown with all the dishonesties how the same could manage the better living in the world could be expected.
Everywhere experiencing the disturbance in the society are the outcome of cruelty rising all over resulting the human world falling in darkness raising the level of poverty due to what fighting and killing happening, competition of the people had to be gone for betterment but all the efforts of the people and the government looking engaged on arm production and using arm for competition. So, now the need of the time for carefulness of the wise and well intellectual to make the people disciplined all over the world. Disturbance in the society through the way of poverty, inequality of the distribution of outcome, disease, aging, gender, cast and racial issues must be resolved wisely through the way of advancing the traditional values of the society with careful managerial skill.
Time has been running but the society is missing the values; why so happening is the question now to be answered. If it could answer; we can have better way to solve the problem arising in the world community. This time named modern one can’t really be resolve the problem creating or making one part rich, instead spreading holistic approach to make all happy in the entire world. However influence could be extending through the way somewhere creating a Model of Disciplined Society that may be replicated all over for sustainable development that leads to maintain peace in the world which is now urgently needed.
Argumentatively then the influence to the people could even be extending from one place or part of the world creating a disciplined way running the community working for their own benefit becomes the right way to start instances for sustainable development. Blanketing the process what the UN used to be doing could not be reaching to its successful end that we have been experiencing in various programs in the past several circumstances. Need of the time is to extend every possible activities for sustainable development that keeps every people engaged in their profession generating income which may satisfy their requirements would only become the right way maintain peace in the entire world. Because peace does the urgent requirement of time that must standing to be leading through creating the well disciplined people love each other wherever they are living with clear understanding is the need of the time today.
Tourism becomes one that makes change the society rightly to the positive direction by exchanging the ideas and value transferring from one place to another. In ancient time travelling to the places could be the means of exploration that may rightly be noted the instances of Columbus found America, Vasco da Gama also directed the course how to connect India to Europe, and also Phahiyan and other Chinese explorer visited India and Nepal found new way of living by exchanging their cultural values and development activities where they have been visiting to share with. Similarly people travelling around the world, keeping themselves aware about the situation how the people live maintaining their socio cultural values in different parts. Now a day, all are having the technological advantage from abroad even in the rural parts that’s all are the benefits of the tourism. Therefore tourism may keep every sentimental motion for bringing change into the society through the Model Village program even it has been started in one parts of the world.
Model Village must be the lab of the academic institutions where students go and learn how to manage the resources that are mentioned in Asta Ja Movement they are as: 1. Jal -water, 2.Jamin-land, 3.Jungle-forest, 4.Jadibuti-medicinal and aromatic herbs, 5.Jarajuri-plants, 6.Jalabayu-climate, 7.Janawar-animal, and 8.Janashakti-human resource. All these must be utilized carefully through the way how they are to be preserved for making always available forever that might be used forever by the coming generation. Renewable energy so E.F. Schumacher give an opinion instead heavily use of the fossil fuel extracting from the mine that become the right way to manage environment keeping it safe for ever. Again a view on the matter of the renowned Prof. Jeffrey says Sustainability in development activities must be relating to economy, ecology and society balancing how to manage them for social benefit. As in the views of Schumacher all must be concentrated in renewable energies to use all over the world which may keep the environment safe maintaining ecosystem that become favorable to the living being in the earth. Water, forest, and all the natural resources become well available matter that could be used, reused and further used repeatedly benefiting for sustainable development only become the right way forward for sustainability.
Development activities always relate to the people living in the places where they do obediently loving their homeland. Then they used to make the community a model where the people from other parts visit become impressed by observing through that they intent to replicate the same everywhere . Therefore the management of Model Village Program must be going on through the way of participants of all the sectors of the socio economic life of the people at large.

It becomes difficult how to manage Model Village everywhere. Even a set then mentioned bellow from the side of the government and the people down just been given to acknowledge to all about. If we do like to go realizing the fact about we have to have the better choice which the components from the general people and the other from the government could then be refined to make a better set to bring it functioning as in the following set:
After forming the coordination committee there comes to find the way how it could be responsible in working in the field level. Here the formation of community center becomes responsible in implementing the program all over.
Model Village development program must be trapped to the set of association that may keep working together with full cooperation. Otherwise this mission can’t get reach to its successful end. Then the following model of development coordination committee has suggested making all join to work together making responsible them to each to the production activities as in the figure given below:

If we perfectly set the model committee everywhere in the world Sustainable Development program could be achieved in stipulated time.
Most of the people in the world are looking the room for stability and peace in the entire world could only be lead through the way of learning the lesson of Buddhism. Buddhism could be passage through different learning the major one mentioned here in Eightfold Path that keeps all alert to be disciplined to use the resources available mentioned in Asta Ja. The eightfold path then is 1.right view, 2. Right intention, 3. Right speech, 4.Right action, 5. Right livelihood, 6. Right effort, 7. Right mindfulness and 8. Right concentration. If all these taught to the people they would be standing with purified mind to go on working honestly may lead the entire world for prosperity and peace.
Prof. Jeffrey the veteran economist of the time then telling all about the arm production and using in the world yearly spending about 2 trillion dollar becoming the terrible scene to hamper the sustainable development. If that’s all could be used in poverty alleviation we can have better or heavenly world in our time. So, we are talking all about to use of the resources by identifying properly, using systematically, and conserving them with well managed that might be used for future generation become only the way to make safe the environment in the earth. So, identification, utilization and conservation become the cycle that must be considered everywhere while managing the resources becomes rightly supportive to the sustainable development.
With all the analytical views we have to create better environment extending message for human well being in the entire world, only becomes the possible outcome through the developed tourism in this modern times. Because people may get knowledge about how they could be developed through travelling and observing their visiting places, learn the noble lesson from the cultural setting living with the families, learn skill to develop different equipments to make their comfortable living and so on obviously become the benefit of tourism. Therefore, government and the people must work together for its development that may assure Sustainable Development through the program of Model Village setting in the entire world.
