Mr Bal Krishna Pandey a social worker wants to draw the attention of the Nepali people.
The picture shows the plight of Nepali children and the youth being detained in the different jails of India. These children are also seen loitering around the streets India.
Mr Pandey is trying to rescue these Nepali children in the extreme heat of 47 degrees Celsius. He running from post to Pilar to do whatever he can to bring back these children to Nepal. Mr Pandey is doing this noble work in close coordination of the Nepali Embassy in New Delhi.
