Kathmandu, Nepal – Nepal Basketball Association (NeBA) and Li-Ning Company came together to host a heartfelt farewell for the Women’s 3×3 Basketball Team on September 21, 2023. The event celebrated the team’s dedication as they prepared to represent Nepal at the China Asian Games.

Honored players, including Captain Shreeya Khadka and Coach Bikash Shahi, received customized jerseys and sports kits, including high-performance shoes. They will be leaving for the China Asian Games on September 22, 2023.

Key participants included Bhim Singh Gurung, the President of NeBA, Rajen Maharjan, the Head of Li-Ning Company, Narendra Thapa, the General Secretary and Sharad Bista, the 3×3 Head.

The session was a celebration of unity and dedication, reflecting the spirit of these exceptional athletes. Nepal stands behind them as they head to the Women’s 3×3 China Asian Games.
