West Bengal. Chef Ramsharan Thapa, who has been involved in the cooking and hospitality sector for the last three decades, has been honored with the Silver Hat Award.

Chef Thapa was honored with the Silver Award at the South Asian International Culinary Art Competition held in Kolkata on 1, 2, 3 October-2023 organized by the Royal Bengal Master Chef 2023 organization of West Bengal, India.

Respected Thapa has gained experience by working in dozens of different hotels, resorts, restaurants and hospitality establishments at home and abroad. Currently, he is also active in culinary education and training, while operating restaurants in Indochain Alexandria, Cameron Station, Virginia, Indochain Alexandria Old Town, Virginia, Harbor Tandoor, Baltimore, Maryland, in the hospitality industry.

Chef Thapa, who has a very prestigious title in the field of hospitality, has been honored with dozens of different national and international awards. Thapa is constantly working to promote Nepali food, tourism and culture around the world
